Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development to lead business growth initiatives, develop strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue expansion within the Supply Chain and Logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the Company's long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, distribution, and logistics services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead customer presentations, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports for Management.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Manage and mentor the Sales & Business Development team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial standards.

Job Requirements

  • Male, age between 35 to 45 years preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of sales and business development experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Warehousing industry.
  • Strong network within logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or related sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
