  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries, concerns, and product information.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and availability.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our adhesive products.
  • Train sales teams on product knowledge and selling techniques

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Preferably a Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the adhesives or chemical distribution industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
