An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Source and procure food products from both local and offshore.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to prepare monthly ordered plan based on consumption.
Forecast demand and plan supply requirements to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
Analyze market condition and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
Check the price and collect quotation for price comparison and evaluation.
Raise purchase orders in ERP and prepare necessary payment requisitions as per agreed payment term.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievences and claims again suppliers.
Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange shipment for offshore procurement.
Review required shipping documents such as bill of lading, invoice, packing list, etc.
Work together with logistics providers and customs clearance agent to complete customs clearance operation without issues and failure.
Arrange transportation from port to warehouse. Perform timely delivery of quality products to destination.
Collaborate with finance team for payment arrangement in timely manner.
Screen terms and conditions of draft sales agreement or contract in accordance with internal policy.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
Resolve any issues related to supplier performance and maintain a supplier performance database.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible value.
Ensure to perform end to end supply chain process. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement support.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements to minimize risks. Any ad hoc duties required.
