Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments across the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and selection techniques.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
  • Strong Languae skill.
