Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Recruitment development
·   Identify multiple recruitment channels
·   Assess acquisition cost
·   Develop a complementary set of acquisition channels
·   Post vacancies internally and externally to the relevant channels, ensuring position advertisement reaches target audience

Candidate selection process
·   Work with hiring managers to design/update job descriptions for new hiring
·   Identification of suitable candidates according to the job description, company culture and salary guidelines
·   Conduct primary interviews and screening
·   Prepare short list of recommended candidates
·   Actively manage interview scheduling with hiring managers
·   Participate in interviews with the hiring manager, ensuring interview standards are followed Onboarding & Internal communication
·   Internal announcement of new hires through company announcement

Onboarding/Orientation
·   Onboard new starters, ensuring awareness of company policies, guidelines and systems
·   Lead the induction program for new hires
·   Ensure personal details are collected and securely stored.

 

Business Partnering
- Cooperation with HODs and advise to be developed and to be implemented effective HR related policies and practices
- Ensure to partner with the managers on Performance Management, Employee Development Goals and KPIs in line with business goals
- Responsible to develop people strategies and approaches for business goals

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
