Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Store materials in an orderly, secure, and accessible manner.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess to supervisor.
  • Issue materials, supplies, and equipment based on approved requisitions.
  • Ensure correct documentation for all goods issued and received.
  • Coordinate timely distribution of goods to concerned departments.
  • Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and classification of items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the storage area according to company/industry standards.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, especially for perishable or sensitive items.
  • Keep accurate records of receipts, issues, and returns.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Assist in audits by providing required documentation and stock records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Under 35 years
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management (healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Ability to lift, move, and arrange stock when necessary.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
