Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage end-to-end student registration and placement
  • Serve as the main contact for parents and provide regular student updates
  • Monitor attendance and follow up on absent or underperforming students
  • Support online class management, including meetings, recordings, and live session assistance
  • Coordinate distribution of course materials and ensure all learning tools are ready
  • Assist with webinars, events, and student recruitment activities
  • Support student retention through follow-up and comeback campaigns
  • Report class-related issues and updates to management
  • Provide general administrative support to Student Services teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Business-related disciplines are preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Student Service, Educational Administration, or Operations (experience in early learners or primary education centers is an advantage)
  • Pre-intermediate level of English proficiency or above
  • Strong organizational skills in managing student data, attendance, and distribution of learning materials (physical and digital)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with parents and students while handling inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Proficiency in Zoom and familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems)
  • Good command of Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
