Job Description

  • Position Title: Student Services Assistant

  • Department: Commercial Team (Supporting Role)

  • Location: Yangon, Myanmar

  • Salary: Starting from 500,000 MMK per month

Summary (Read This First)

This is a supporting role in our commercial team, mainly helping students who want to study in Thailand (our main focus), Singapore, and Malaysia.

The job requires someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented — visa forms and applications cannot have errors. (Visa form တွေမှာ အမှားမရှိအောင် သေချာစွာ စစ်ဆေး ဖြည့်သွင်းနိုင်သူ)

  • Responsive and flexible — willing to assist students and counselors quickly, even outside office hours or on weekends when needed. (အချိန်မရွေး အမြန်အတိအကျ Support လုပ်ပေးနိုင်သူ)

  • Patient and professional — able to handle repeated questions or changing instructions calmly. (သည်းခံနိုင်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူကာ၊ စွမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူ)

  • Supportive — always ready to back up counselors and students.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle student university applications to Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. 

  2. Prepare and check visa application documents with zero errors. 

  3. Assist in arranging student accommodation and travel-related logistics.

  4. Support counselors with administrative tasks and student follow-ups.

  5. Monitor messages and respond on behalf of counselors when they are unavailable.

  6. Be available to assist during urgent cases, even outside of working hours or weekends, if required.

  7.  Handle student inquiries and respond professionally through calls, messages, or in-person communication.

  8. Travel for work when necessary (e.g., education events or fairs in other regions). 

  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned, depending on business needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preferably in business, administration, or related fields).
