Job Tiltle : Study Abroad Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential partner universities in Singapore and Malaysia.
Compile and organize contact information for outreach purposes.
Assist in initial outreach and communication with potential partners.
Support marketing activities, including content creation for social media platforms.
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, data management, and reporting.
Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Act as a liaison between the founder and external contacts

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in an operational or administrative role is a plus.
