An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Store Operations: Direct day-to-day retail activities, enforcing standards for product freshness, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety.

  • Financial Performance: Manage the store budget, control operational expenses, monitor profit & loss (P&L), and achieve sales targets.

  • Inventory & Supply Chain: Oversee stock ordering, receiving, loss prevention (shrinkage control), and stock rotation (FIFO protocols).

  • Team Leadership & HR: Oversee recruiting, scheduling, training, and performance management for department supervisors, storekeepers, cashiers, and floor staff.

  • Customer Experience: Address elevated customer feedback, streamline checkout processes, and maintain community brand reputation.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, health sanitation codes, labor laws, and licensing regulations.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in supermarket operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant branch manager role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, retail ERP/inventory databases, and store analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of perishable goods management, cold chain integrity, shrinkage control, and visual merchandising.
