Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Oversee and manage the company's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Plan, implement, monitor, and improve operational processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate with all departments, including Sales, HR, Administration, Finance, Warehouse, and Production, to ensure timely completion of business activities.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluate employee performance.
Manage the operating budget and implement cost-control initiatives to improve profitability.
Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
Supervise inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics activities.
Handle customer complaints effectively and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant regulations, and workplace health and safety standards.
Lead, train, mentor, and supervise employees while delegating responsibilities effectively to improve team performance.
Drive process improvement initiatives, identify operational risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong report writing and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Male applicants are preferred.
Working Day: Sunday Off
