• Closely monitor the implementation of digital platform• Perform training and continuous support of user convenience• Responsible for coordinating technical support of all digital playout• Liaise with internal departments to create the require data to input into digital platform• Monitor digital platform and transaction in real-time• Perform and coordinate escalation resolution of any incidents• An align with CSSC and Local IT to provide support and resolve any issues and errors raised by customer.

Job Requirements
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2-3 Year experience working in digital technical operations and monitoring/supporting digital platforms
• Excellent Interpersonal skills• Good written and verbal communication skills• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel or similar computer software systems.• Flexibility to work as required• Adaptable to travel as required
• Good Communication Skill• Teamwork Skill
