Lead as Project Manager role in Commercial Project Delivery to Global Technology
Reports to Project Steering Committee & Project Sponsor
Mainly focus in Scope, Stakeholder, Cost, Time, Quality and Risk management
Able to align with IT vendor to lead in Design Workshop
Able to manage stakeholders & have effective communication with stakeholders
Able to report (weekly) project status to Steering Committee
Tracking of Documents related to Projects (SOW, Contracts, KPIs, Design FRS, BRD, Integration Design, Charters, Milestones achievement)
Able to initiate with busines partners to clarifying business needs and sometime need to work or understand E2E business work flow
Able to analyze project risks, conflicts and strategic influencing with business partners
Developing SOP and monitoring processes, support in System Training and effectively handover to System Manager/Analyst/IT after Project Closed

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer, Technical Project Management related fields.
Understanding of Agile Project Management Life Cycle
Understanding of Project Management Tools (Expert Judgement, SWOT, PERT, Change Control Tools, Facilitate Technique, Lead & Lags, Reserve Analysis and Critical Change Method – CCM, Resource Optimizing, Cost of Quality & Quality Audit, IT Governance)
Understanding of HR Management (RACI & Team Building)
Prefer 4+ years’ experience in IT Project Management working in IT Planning and Business Department
Proven Project Management Scope of Work & Success Story in FMCG, Telecom etc
