Recruitment Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and succession planning.
• Monitor hiring metrics and adjust strategy to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure recruitment timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage recruitment budgets and agency relationships.
3. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives across job portals, social media, and career events.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Organize career fairs, campus recruitment, and networking activities.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent trends and hiring decisions.
• Train managers on interviewing techniques and fair hiring practices.
• Ensure alignment between HR, Operations, and leadership teams.

5. Recruitment Process Optimization
• Improve recruitment systems, policies, and SOPs.
• Implement and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and report KPIs such as:
o Time to fill
o Cost per hire
o Offer acceptance rate
o Quality of hire
o Employee retention rate
6. Compliance & Governance
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
7. Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Develop team capability through training and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-location recruitment (preferred).
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
