Requirements & Qualifications
Payroll Expertise: Deep understanding of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local equivalents), statutory contributions, and tax regulations. Experience in auditing payroll for accuracy is non-negotiable.
Labor Law Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and a proven track record of managing compliance audits and policy development.
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Ability to design data-driven recruitment pipelines and employer branding initiatives, rather than just filling seats.
Critical Interviewing: Advanced behavioral interviewing techniques (e.g., STAR method, Topgrading) to assess leadership fit for C-suite and senior technical roles.
Data Literacy: Ability to interpret HR metrics (turnover rates, cost-per-hire, etc.) to influence business decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology.
