Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Update approved vacancy requisitions and balance vacancy in balance score sheet
  • Update monthly manpower report of Lower/ Upper Myanmar and present to Manager
  • Communicate and schedule with hiring manager, HR manager, recruitment agency, and applicants inviting them to interview
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of a high-quality pipeline of candidates for open positions.
  • Complete the request to appoint for the successful candidate and notify applicants whether they are appointed or unsuccessful
  • Perform background and reference checks as needed
  • Organize candidate’s data and file the necessary documents of selected successful candidate and update in the databases software
  • Prepare job offer letter and Employment Contract for endorsement
  • Prepare compassion allowance for employee and pay to eligible beneficiaries directly

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
