Job Description

  • Develop and update the Talent Management strategies/policies/ processes.
  • Perform training needs analysis.
  • Develop and manage the training directory and advise managers/supervisors for selection of training & development program.
  • Source for trainers and negotiate to manage costs.
  • Manage all training and development relate activities including the effectiveness of training program, trainers etc.
  • Advise on succession planning related matters with line managers/heads.
  • Manage the internship learning programme and work with talent acquisition to identify talents for recruitment post graduation.
  • Build future talent pipeline which includes awarding of scholarships for high potential school students and children of employees and propose programmes to ensure continuous flow of talents at all levels.
  • Identify learning initiatives to accelerate development of high potentials.
  • Monitor department expenses for individual area and check for variances and advise superior.
  • Perform or participate in projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Master Degree ideally in business administration.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of training & development experience in the FMCG field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, coaching skill & presentation skill.
  • Pleasant, friendly, positive outlook & approachable.

  • Self-motivated.
