Provide Technical consultation and support to customers and market
Delivery of product knowledge training programs
Resolution of quality issues and liaise with manufacturing department to maintain a high-quality standard and to enable continuous improvement .
Provide technical content and guidance on product marketing material.
Liaison with local authorities and organizations in relation to company products.
Manage product warranty process
Monitor market product developments and trends within the industry

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – preferably Metallurgy/Chemical/Civil.
At least 5 years, experience in coated steel industry, with proven track record in Technical Service, Technical Marketing or related area.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good computer skills and command of English.
Proactive, solid management skills and able to work in a team environment
Ability to think strategically, develop strategic plans and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Ability to travel within Myanmar and Internationally as required
