1. Accounting/Finance/Economy and related majors (include recent graduates);2. Learning spirit and teamwork spirit;3. Be able to invest a lot of time in learning new business, and have good compressive capacity;4. Be able to read and write English skillfully, listen and speak some simple English; (Chinese preferred)5. Banking experience is preferred;6. Experience in computer operation is preferred.
