An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee and manage daily tour operations and ensure smooth execution of all tours.
  • Coordinate with clients, tour guides, hotels, transportation providers, and other relevant partners.
  • Plan and arrange tour itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and other travel services.
  • Monitor tour schedules and ensure all services are delivered according to plan.
  • Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions when necessary.
  • Supervise and support the tour operation team to ensure efficient performance.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare operation reports and update management on tour activities and issues.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the tour process.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 -5 years of experience in Tour Operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of tour planning and travel operations.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication with emails, in-person or phone in English.
  • Additional languages are an advantage
  • Organized,detail-oriented and can handle customization and MICE tour
  • Proficient MS office, Google workspace and other.
