Job Description

Design tour packages, create itineraries, and coordinate transportation, accommodation, and activities.
Accompany tour groups, provide information about destinations, and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Manage bookings, permits, and travel documents while addressing unexpected issues or changes.
Maintain high service standards, handle customer queries, and enhance the overall travel experience.
Communicate with hotels, transport providers meals m sightseeing arrangements and
Tour-related services.
Assist in marketing and sales efforts to attract more travelers and improve company visibility.
Coordinate with customers, tour guides, hotels, airlines, transportation providers, restaurants, and other service providers to ensure smooth tour arrangements.
Prepare and manage tour itineraries, schedules, bookings, vouchers, tickets, and other necessary travel documents.
Ensure all tour arrangements are confirmed and properly prepared before the departure date.
Communicate tour schedules, meeting points, inclusions, exclusions, and other necessary information to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance regarding tour arrangements and travel-related matters.
Monitor tour operations and promptly handle unexpected changes, delays, cancellations, or other operational issues.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing and Ticketing Teams to ensure accurate and smooth handover of confirmed bookings.
Check and verify supplier invoices, quotations, vouchers, and other tour-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of tour bookings, customer information, payments, and operational documents.
Prepare tour operation reports and provide updates to Management when required.
Conduct pre-tour briefings and ensure customers receive all necessary information before departure.

Job Requirements

A degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Must have valid passport.
Experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or guiding tours is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Burmese.
Ability to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive travel experience.
Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to manage tour logistics efficiently.
Familiarity with popular destinations, local attractions, visa regulations, and cultural practices.
Willingness to travel frequently, work irregular hours, and handle unexpected challenges.
Basic computer skills for booking systems, itinerary planning, and report preparation.
