The role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Bank’s Learning Management System (LMS) operations to ensure smooth digital learning delivery, effective learner engagement, and reliable system functionality. The role manages LMS administration, configuration, course enrollment, assessments, certifications, reporting, and user support while driving continuous improvement to deliver user-friendly, high-quality digital learning experiences aligned with organizational learning objectives and business needs. It also collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to enhance learning effectiveness and overall platform performance.

 

Job Description

LMS Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the development and implementation of LMS strategies aligned with organizational learning goals and digital learning initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance LMS functionality, learner experience, and digital learning effectiveness
  • Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and new LMS features based on user feedback and learning data

LMS Management & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end LMS administration including course creation, content upload, learning configuration, learner enrollment, assessments, certifications, reporting, and user support
  • Configure and maintain learning paths, courses, assessments, certifications, and user access within the LMS
  • Ensure accurate learner enrollment, completion tracking, and maintenance of training records and learning data integrity
  • Monitor LMS functionality, usability, and overall learner experience to ensure smooth digital learning delivery
  • Support system testing, enhancements, updates, and resolution of LMS-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders

Learner Experience & Support

  • Provide LMS guidance and support to learners, trainers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely resolution of LMS-related inquiries and technical issues
  • Promote effective learner engagement and digital learning participation
  • Support onboarding and orientation for LMS users

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate LMS reports, dashboards, and learning analytics
  • Monitor learner participation, completion rates, and training compliance
  • Analyze learning data and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate training records and reporting documentation

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with HR, trainers, IT teams, and vendors regarding LMS requirements and improvements
  • Support implementation of digital learning initiatives and projects
  • Ensure LMS activities align with organizational policies and learning standards

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor LMS processes to ensure quality and operational efficiency
  • Recommend enhancements to improve learner experience and digital learning effectiveness
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for learning technologies and systems
  • Other duties assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

Job Requirements 

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, IT, business, and/or related business

Technical 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel,PowerPoint, and reporting tools Experience with LMS platforms like Moodle or similar platform

Soft Skill 

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, educational technology, or a similar field.

  • Experience in creating content for users of all levels, along with expertise in technology and user management.
