This position is responsible for ensuring proper check and balance approach for inward/outward processes and all documentary collections handling import documents and export documents.

• Receive and record the application form in the file by daily basic.
• Perform the entry level for the daily transaction (Financing, Import and Export) on the Flexcube system.
• Perform the entry level for register (Financing, Import and Export) by daily basic.
• Prepare the loan report by daily.
• Perform Maker level in the SWIFT system and  TSS (Transaction Screening System).
• Perform the Maker level for  the monthly accrued for the outstanding of financing transaction.
• Perform  as the entry level for FEMS system (CBM).
• Perform to send the email to the relevant team by daily basic.
• Participate the overtime activities.
• Participate the team activities (eg. collect the old file and prepare the old file record, Audit activities, etc….).
• Prepare monthly report and sending the report to the respective team.
• Contact to the customer and relevant team for incomplete documents.
• Check the reconciliation by weekly basic.
• Perform the explain to the customer all of the trade products if they get the customer inquiry.
• Working on a rotating basis on the system and trade counters.

• Bachelor’s degree major in Banking , Finance or related field.
• At least 1 years working experience in Banking Industry, previous Trade Operations experience is preferable
• Comprehensive understanding of industry standards e.g relevant ICC rules and SWIFT
• Good in writing and speaking English
• Strong proficiency in MS office suite, internet and email.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skill
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure and meet deadlines.
