A Good Opportunity for ..

Execute and deliver quality and effective training to different audience from various distribution channels
Provide training on essentials of insurance, products, soft skills and selling skills
Develop and maintain training program containing training objectives, syllabus, contents and activities to meet training needs
Identify the extent of a program's impact on participants and maintain follow-up on their applications after the program

Job Requirements

Degree with minimum 2 years of training experience in the insurance industry or sales and development
Good training sense in terms of course development, design, and evaluation
Good presentation, communications and facilitation skills
Persuasive and able to convey ideas, plus negotiationa and influencing skills
Able to handle conflicts and self-motivated in difficult situations
Displays high learning orientation and likes to innovate to achieve goals
Good command in English and Burmese, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
