Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Inviting training and follow up on the participants.
  • Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis and track the trainees progress.
  • Create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records 
  • Gather and evaluate information from trainees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
  • Entering trainees' data.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
  • Ensuring training department is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Ensure invoices are paid
  • Performing duties other than those set out above depending on the circumstances as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3 years of experience in administration. (Education Industry Preferred).
  • Accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Confident and comfortable communicator with written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and recommend processes improvements
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
  • Ability to work at demanding environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Myanmar typing skills and Excel usage are needed to be proficient.
