The role holder will be responsible for planning, organising, implementing and managing all training as necessary for Value Centres, Functions and Territories for the Bank. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

  • To prepare related lecture notes and training materials for the training
  • Conduct training as and when needed.
  • Be an administrator for Learning & Development Business email of behalf of the department and Learning Design
  • Responsible for the training reviews and meeting minute reporting
  • Weekly communication of training status to all levels of the product owner/ team and working together with all business units for requirements gathering
  • Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with all KBZ employees to sustain the reputation of the people services team as a customer focused function.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Responsible for the Design Team's project training records in the curriculum team task tracker (task tracker, employee training tracker and feedback report)
  • Conduct the Face to Face BEI interview assessor
  • Plan, organise, and implement a range of training activities.
  • Assisting on invigilating the classroom (during training sessions) if needed.
  • Other duties assigned by Management.
  • Communicate with the third party’s vendors and request proposal (Training Agreement, NDA, Proposal, Invoice) & arrange meeting for training plan
  • Measure improvements in employees’ job performance at the end of each course
  • Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning process
  • Develop technical/ soft skill training program/ courses for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced)
  • Coordinate product-related trainings, including presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment
  • Assisting in the Company’s ongoing development through the identification of organisational and role specific training needs, delivering programs which enhance the overall capability of the Company. (ETA form, Training Bond).
  • Ah-hocs duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Learning and Development.
