Job Purpose: To drive the end-to-end product development and enhancement lifecycle for new and existing products, from identifying business and customer needs through requirement gathering, product design, BRD/NPP development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization. The role is responsible for ensuring that products are customer-centric, commercially viable, operationally feasible, and successfully delivered within agreed timelines, while supporting product performance analysis, management reporting, and product knowledge transfer.

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new and existing products, including opportunity identification, requirement gathering, product design, business case development, documentation, testing, launch, and post-launch enhancement.
• Identify and assess new product opportunities and enhancement areas by understanding customer needs, market trends, business priorities, operational gaps, and competitive developments, and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
• Develop and manage product requirements and specifications, including BRD, NPP, product features, process flows, business rules, customer journeys, and other product-related documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure timely product development, testing, approval, and implementation.
• Drive product testing, UAT, issue resolution, and launch readiness, ensuring that product functionality, business processes, operational requirements, customer experience, and control requirements are properly validated before rollout.
• Manage product rollout and implementation, including launch planning, operational readiness, SOP development, stakeholder coordination, and post-launch stabilization to ensure successful adoption and service delivery
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback after launch, identify product gaps and improvement opportunities, and propose continuous enhancements to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business value.
• Develop product performance reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, database queries, and other reporting tools to support product monitoring, performance evaluation, and management decision-making.
• Conduct product training and knowledge transfer for relevant stakeholders and frontline teams to ensure clear understanding, operational readiness, and consistent delivery of new or enhanced products.
• Present product proposals, development progress, performance insights, key issues, and enhancement recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders, and support timely decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

• Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Development)
• Minimum 3 years in Management Level
• Relevant Experience in product development and data analysis.
