Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in recruitment processes
  • Able to manage employee relation, government relation etc.
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Assist in training and development process
  • Process documentation and maintain relating to personnel activities (recruiting, training, overtime, performance appraising etc).
  • Prepare and submit OT documents required by labor office to ensure legal compliance
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (OT, Absences, leaves, etc)
  • Overview Invoice and expenses management by using system.
  • Maintain Employee Database and Leave Record
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with all staff
  • Support to answer employee inquiry or request (recommendation letter, policies, etc)
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assign by Management

Job Requirements

  •  
  • Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration
  • Professional Experience :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Management field.
  • Competencies (Personal Characteristics) :
  • Analytical Skill
  • Logic and Attention to detail
  • Proficient in English and Myanmar
  • Reporting skil
  • Positive thinking
  • Able to use computer program such as Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Must have a good understanding of the local labor law.
