Facilitation Limited is a small local company providing services to foreign and local investors for company registration/ secretarial services, investment proposals, sourcing resources/ partners, etc. We are now inviting candidates for the post of Manager (Corporate/Investment/ Business Development).

Duties
- Manage corporate secretarial filing of client in compliance with the laws, rules, regulations and directives
- Manage investment proposal submission for clients in compliance with the laws, rules, regulations and directives including proposal preparation, dealing with clients and government offices,
- Undertake new area business initiative activities as assigned by management
- Undertake research activities as assigned by management
- Administer subordinate staffs

Job Requirements

Education
- CPA [or] Master degree in finance/ law
Experience
- Minimum 2 years Experience in this corporate secretarial/ investment proposal field at senior/ manager level
Qualification
- Communicate with local and foreign clients in meeting or via email, phone and conference call
- Prepare corporate secretarial documents
- Prepare business proposals covering projection financial statements of the business, drafting/ reviewing agreements/ documents, etc.
- Ensure that requirements in legal, corporate and proposal filings/ submissions are completely identified, communicate the same to the clients and coordinate with clients for preparation of the documents in professional manner
- Understand legal framework and practices in setting up businesses and give advices to clients
- Use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point effectively
- Manage to meet deadline as required by clients and government offices
