Job Description

- Manage a Pizza Hut restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization.
- Total operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant.
- Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs, or otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.
- Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate members of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence

Job Characteristics
1. Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure customer service in compliance with company standard.
- Conduct floor management.
- Ensure smooth operation to serve customers in dine-in and take-away and home segments.
- Handle customer complaint according to company’s guideline.
- Set a good example for employee in customer interaction and building customer relations.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure product preparation according to company standard.
- Feedback to Area Coach on quality and food safety issues.
- Ensure adequate inventory level to avoid product outage.
- Monitor new product demonstration for staff training and pass operations comments to Area Coach.
3. Employee Performance Management:
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members.
- Conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate and train restaurant team.
- Ensure the company’s standards and policies are strictly enforced.
- Perform coaching and follow employee grievance procedure.
- Identify potential staff for promotion.
4. Operation Control:
- Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing restaurant team.
- Control Profit & Loss (i.e. plan attainment) by reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
- Complete office paperwork and administration on time with accuracy.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and facility in accordance to company standards.

Job Requirements

- At least 3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility

- Good communication skills in Burmese

- Good command of English

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
