Job Summary

Manage the entity HR team to provide day-to operational HR support to the business; guide the business on strategic HR matters such as workforce planning, talent management, performance management and employee satisfaction by implementing relevant strategies, policies and guidelines; collaborate with other departments

Key areas of responsibility

• Ensure the functional teams operate effectively by guiding managers on recruitment, contracts (Produce contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers), labor relations and benefits
• Mediate, manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
• Assist and input on business unit restructuring and workforce planning
• Build strong talent pipelines for succession planning
• Guide managers on learning & development needs for their teams
• Support with performance management processes inc. development of KPIs, review conversations and managing poor performance
• Provide guidance on employee engagement and retention strategies
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, comparison and prediction
• Produce regular reports on HR data in relevant formats
• Support the managers apply HR policies and processes

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
• University or equivalent in Business or Management or Human Resources
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR field, with a minimum of 2 years in management role
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Able to work under pressure and adaptable to change
• Good verbal and written English language skills
• Ability to guide and support the HR team to work together with multi-functional teams (internal & external)
• Ability to influence stakeholder
