Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

* Management of the entire hiring staff: sourcing resumes/candidates, conducting phone and in person interviews, scheduling, tracking and reporting on candidate and interview data
* Expert in utilizing social media sources, resume databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates
* Responsible for conducting the staff induction plan to new staff and retains a qualified and diverse candidate pool at all times
* Create and effectively use training and development and succession programs to aggressively build bench strength and ensure superior performance throughout the company.
* Ensure all staff attendance records, leave records, follow up file is on update status and coordinate with Payroll Section for monthly salary payroll
* Responsible for all aspects of the human resources function and administrative functions of the company
* Give feedback to supervisor regarding any concern about HR and administrative tasks.
* Liaise with line managers to ensure the performance of staff appraisals and probationary review.
* Develop administrative policies including employment benefit and compensation, promotion, performance review, workplace safety, hiring and terminations.
* Manage office property including maintenance of office facilities and service contracts.
* Ensure social security registration and tax identification submission by liaising with local attorney to compliance with local labor laws and taxation laws.
* Maintain an up-to-date, accurate human resources system and keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics.
* Maintain and report office and fixed asset registration.
* Prepare purchase requests for office activities ensuring that purchases are made according to the guidance of management team.
* Manage all Office bills such as telephone, electricity, water, internet, etc. and coordinate with Finance accordingly.
* Ensure stock balance is monitored and maintained for stationery, water and other office supplies in the Office.
* Liaise with management team to ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely fashion
* Other responsibilities as directed

Job Requirements

* Any Bachelor degree with diploma in Human Resources Management.
* Minimum 5 years of progressive HR professional experience.
* Good knowledge and experience about Human resource management, administrative work.
* Knowledge of Myanmar labor laws.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills with strong team spirit.
* Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues.
* Flexibility, adaptability and a commitment to work within a team.
* Strong written and spoken English skill or Chinese skill, with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of staff.
* Detail – oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
* Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office.
