Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1 Manage the large scale (1000 acre) seed production of Paddy/GMB/Black gram etc
2. Responsible for implementation of good agri-practices on ground to ensure best quality seed
3. Responsible for achievement of Commercials/financials target set by management,
4. Responsible for manage Agronomist Team (people management)
5 Responsible for seed processing/storage/supply chain management
6 coordinate with HO on reporting system and project planning

Job Requirements

· Post Graduate in Agronomy/soil science/crop production with Proficiency in English / Agri Graduate with MBA
· 5 year experience at Manager level organization involved in corporate farming/contract farming in vegetable/seed production, extension services to the farmers/growers
· Should have proven track record on management of >200-acre farm or 1000 acre in contract farming program
· Should be a good team player with clarity on documentation and reporting
· Good knowledge of mechanization would be added advantage
· Frequent travelling in the countryside during crop season
