A Good Opportunity for ..

Perform the following jobs based on general manager`s instructions,cooperating and assisting with general managers and coworkers.

1.Create /propose business strategy of our Myanmar business in cooperation with local partners.
-especially air conditioners and FA products business
-4P analysis(Product ,price,promotion and place)and business environment analysis
2.Implement and lead above strategies in co-operation with local partners
3.Review business plan/strategies in co-operation with local partners
4.Gather/analyze information locally and conduct market research on market trends,competitors` activities,infrastructure investment plans,etc.(Target sector: electric power,construction sector etc.)
5.Build trustful relationships with government entities(Ministry of Electric Power ,etc),utility companies ,international agencies(JICA,ADB,etc.),local developers, construction companies,foreign companies and other local distributors
6.Plan branding policy in Myanmar including advertising activities such as billboard,exhibition ,newspaper ad,etc

Job Requirements

-Bachelor Degree or more
-Experience in actual business more than 5 years
-Sales and marketing experience
-Good communication skills
-General knowledge of negotiations techniques to assist in negotiating with customer or partners
-Computer literate(MS Word,Power Point,Excel,etc.)
-Ambitious Spirit
-Work Experience in foreign company
