• Manage all existing accounts and servicing • Assist in Sales distribution• Liaising with farmers and identifying needs • Mapping out and managing an existing CRM system• Driving new business and increasing sales• Development of an inputs finance and agro-dealer network and supply systems, Flagship Agro-industrial cluster on post-harvest loss prevention facility;• Lead and implement change in a way that engages clients and improves service delivery.
• Bachelor Degree, (MBA is preferable) • Minimum 6 years experience in business development in agriculture business;• Knowledge of the agriculture business in the Myanmar• Age is not over 38.• Fluent in English and good communications skills;• Good computing skills; • Availability to travel.
