• Manage all existing accounts and servicing
• Assist in Sales distribution
• Liaising with farmers and identifying needs
• Mapping out and managing an existing CRM system
• Driving new business and increasing sales
• Development of an inputs finance and agro-dealer network and supply systems, Flagship Agro-industrial cluster on post-harvest loss prevention facility;
• Lead and implement change in a way that engages clients and improves service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, (MBA is preferable)
• Minimum 6 years experience in business development in agriculture business;
• Knowledge of the agriculture business in the Myanmar
• Age is not over 38.
• Fluent in English and good communications skills;
• Good computing skills;
• Availability to travel.
