Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Maintain up to date customer database of all existing and new customers.
2. Maintain up to date sales pipeline in order to achieve the sales volume, month to month new customer acquisition targets and customer coverage targets (visits to existing customers)
3. Perform all sales related activities from generating leads, meeting, making proposals, contract preparation and tracking/ management, customer relationship management.
4. Develop and implement differentiated sales strategies to reach out to corporate customers and develop relationships/ partnerships -
a) Tours/ Travel – Hotels, Travel Co., Guest House, Airport Desk etc.
b) Corporate – Companies, Apartment Buildings, Office Towers, Shopping Malls etc.
Responsible for understanding and analyzing the pricing / activities of competitor and other factors affecting the leasing services.
5. Collect market information to analyses/ assess and develop relevant marketing/ promotion activities for specific services and customer segments
6. Keep track of unutilized cars for leasing and ensure high utilization of lease cars stock
7. Build strong relationships or partnerships with customers for long term and repeat business.
8. Collaborate with all other departments to ensure quality service delivered to customers.
9. Maintain constant contact with customers to seek feedback and improvement opportunities.
10. Guide team to develop and place appropriate marketing collaterals/ brochures/ POSM.
11. Monitor and keep constant update on social media and other channels to acquire new customers and promote brand awareness.
12. Maintain standard pricing policy and negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and policy.
13. Standardize and implement the sales & marketing activities and operating procedures in the company.
14. Coach and guide team members to achieve goals and targets set for the department.
15. Manage and work with external agencies for any marketing/ advertising and promotion activities.
Accurate sales reporting to management – plan and achieved, reasons for shortfall, SWOT, operational issues & solutions implemented.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate or diploma/ certificate holders in sales and marketing or related fields
- Bachelor degree in sales and marketing management or business management or related studies will be preferable
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in corporate sales or related fields and above (at least 1 years as manager in corporate sales)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Have a background of corporate sales.
- Excellent customer relationship management, with ability to establish adequate professional relationships.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, Negotiation and Analytical skills.
- Strong Leadership Quality
- Resilience to work under strict timelines and deadlines and deliver results.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
