Manage and lead all administrative & operational functions of the company with emphasis on the sales team to achieve company’s goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence
Pitching products and/or services
Manage, plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Drive sales targets through consistent work discipline
Manages team members in the day-to-day performance of work while providing leadership and coaching
Develop potential customer relationship, maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer retention
Prepare management report for sales, purchase and new products

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business/IT or equivalent in experience
Minimum 3 years working experience and proven track record in IT Hardware Sales/SERVER AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION ENVIRONMENT
Good product sales skill, good at understanding customer pain point and requirements
Can guide customer specification in with particular product and solution
Highly driven and self-motivated
Strong leadership skills and management capabilities
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Capable of making presentation for IT introduce product and solution and sales
Developing quotes and proposals
Able to communicate effectively with vendors & customers from multi-cultural countries
Must be able to speak conversational English
