• Answering incoming calls and respond to customer emails, messages from social media• Manage and resolve customer complaint• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures• Follow up customer call where necessary
• Good communication skills , Good knowledge on Social Media• Basic level of English Lg and computer skill ( Microsoft Excel , Word )• Current not studying or taking any certificate courses • Can work on shifting schedule• open to Myanmar Nationality applicants
