Job Description

• review and report monthly sales, customer and receivable
• Review performance and revise strategies
• Set the business strategy aligned with the objectives of Enterprise
• Develop new marketing strategies, evaluate current methods, and establish new development opportunities
• Plan to space rental in station compounds
• Space rental contract review and deal for renew
• Identify and develop relationships with trade associations, develop strategies for attending trade show conferences, and business meetings
• Build the good relationship with nearby living civilian and authorities
• Work with Communities to identify common customer complaints and how to put in long term solutions
• Control to hit sales target with great customer satisfaction aligned with organizational goals and values
• Work with Group Commercial to complete Annual Sales & Marketing Plan
• Market studies and make recommendations for enhancement opportunities
• Collect data analyzing and report to top management
• Submit Sales Target vs. Sales Actual to Group Commercial
• Work with Group Commercial to analyze results and put action plans in place to improve sales
• Manage all customer "touch-points" to make sure that the "voice of the customer" is monitored (inc. social media)
• Customer complaints handling and advises record
Cash Management Process:
• Retail sale cash management, contract sale collection and deposit to bank
• Sale cash amount paid to collection team for weekend
• Sale money transfer to station head with sale slip and amount, before leaving shift assign
• Monitoring and controlling of product's quality and calibration system
• Provide market price input and participate in price negotiations with suppliers
• Work with Group Commercial & Group Finance to decide on profitability of existing and new products & services
• Monitoring competitors' marketing activities and advertising trend
• Plan for marketing expense and analyze the sale volume return

Job Requirements

►Must possess bachelor degree in any discipline / preferred in business management with master degree
►At least 8 years’ experience in operational field
►Proficient in English, both written and verbal
►Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Using Internet & E-mail).
►Ability to plan, organize, lead and control the business including financial and operational
►Ability to motivate, manage and discipline all employees to be self-motivated, result-oriented
►Effective managerial skills, interpersonal skills and conceptual skills
