Human Resources Analyst – Staff Development
-Follows the instructions designated by the HR director
-Manages the projects for staff development assigned by top management
-Follows up on the staff’s career development plans
-Design and implement strategies to boost staff motivation and ownership
-Assists during the hiring process, skills and competencies evaluation
-Keeps track of budget expenditures
-Builds and updates the staff development data base
-Organize company events such as parties, birthday celebrations, trips, etc.
-Monitors staff training activities
-Deals with third party training organizations

Job Requirements

Requirements:
-English is a must, direct relationship with foreign management
-Degrees related to human resources, business, management, administration, leadership,
projects
-Experience in office environments, preferably in human resources, or office administration,
secretary
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point
-Gender: prefer female, not exclusive
-Age: 20-30

Some of your qualities:
-Outgoing person, strong personality, participative, confident, extrovert, detailed oriented,
work under pressure, work on deadlines, planning ahead.
