Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Focal point in the process of recruitment of new applicants: announcing/posting new positions, receiving and sorting the applications, proper classification/filing (recruitment folders)
• Orientate new recruited staff on company policy and explain the content of Myint Thukha Nadi HR documents.
• Collect and classify the needed documents for each employee
• Assist in discussions and negotiations with the Staff and Managers.
• Calculate monthly salary income tax and communicate with taxation office
• To collect information about training opportunities for the staff (inside and outside the country) based on the training needs identified by relative line managers and MD
• Possible field visit to sub-offices and projects outside of Yangon
• Take part in the development of the Myint Thukha Nadi HR policy
• Ensure that HR procedures are respected and understood at Myint Thukha Nadi Company staff.
• Prepare the Staff Loan and advance salary
• Ensure that personnel files are kept up to date and deadlines respected (annual performance reviews, contract amendments…)
• Supervise annual performance reviews and participate in implementing staff promotions
• Update the mission organization chart and list target version
• Ensure appropriateness and coherence job description
• Design and update forms and formats for Human Resources Department
• Conduct wages and salary survey with the labor market
• Handle the Administrative task as needed.

Job Requirements

University Degree preferably in Management,
Preferably at least five years’ experience in administrative and HR Management
Ability to act independently to identify and analyze problems and recommend effective solution
Computer literate and extensive experience in working with Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferably spoken and written English
High level of social communication skills/interpersonal skills and good skills in team-­‐work
Flexibility and positive attitude with a good sense of humor!
