Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Manage selecting, interviewing, recruiting, testing program.
-Screening applicants’ personal profiles about their experience, education and skills.
-Contact references and perform background checks.
-Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
-Hire or refer qualified candidates.
-Conduct new employee orientations.
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
-Manage in training program (External and Internal)
-Able to connect government labor related offices and knowledge of government labor laws.
- Leave and attendance record checking and maintenance.
- Dealing with related government offices such as SSB, Tax and labor affairs.
- Record and maintain the staff personal records as well as all the documents are arranged and exit interview take place for resignation staff.
-Coordinate HR functions (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
-Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Must be able to work at Thilawa Economic Zone.

Job Requirements

Education/Experiences
Bachelor degree in HR Management or related
Minimum 2-5 years in HR background and Admin Functions

Knowledge and Skills
Burmese Nationality and Native speaker is preferred
Labor Law knowledge
Good command of English
Good human relations and communication skills.
Eager to learn new thing
Proficiency in office management

Business Understanding
Understand business direction and strategy planning
