An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Work as part of the team in the process of training needs assessment, developing annual training plan, implementation of performance management system and other strategic planning initiative
• Map out annual training plan
• Coordinate training and skill development programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
• Review training effectiveness and keep Training record
• Any other duties (related to the HR Development) assigned by the management

Job Requirements

● Any degree holder, HRM or HRD Diploma holder is preferable
● Minimum (2) years of relevant experience
● Ability to facilitate large scale events and staff development activities
● Good command of English
● Good communication skills and team work
● Self-motivated and able to work independently
