Review existing Corporate Human Resources policies and procedures to improve on efficiency and make them more “user-friendly”.
Identify areas of improvements needed group-wide on Human Resources related matters to help improve on efficiency level.
Assist to review and design Talent Assessment process.
Assist in Identifying, designing, sourcing, implementing and managing Talent Assessment process.
Assist in designing, implementing and managing Talent Management programme.
Assist in designing, implementing and managing Succession Planning programme.
Assist in identifying and addressing all Talent Development Needs.
Assist in designing, implementing and managing internal branding initiatives.
Assist in designing, implementing and managing Employee Engagement initiatives.
Assist in all other Organisational Development initiatives.
Other ad-hoc Corporate Human Resources initiatives and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Minimum a Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience preferably in a public-listed / corporate company/ multi-national company with at least 2 year experience at senior executive / assistant manager level.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Management / Organisational Development.
Proficient in English (both writing and speaking)
Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be methodical, logical and organised.
Possess leadership quality
Able to work independently while still a team player with a strong commitment to department/ company harmony.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.
Has eye for details.
Good listening skills.
