Job Purpose:
 To support the HR Manager in all stages of operational human resource management especially for
 Responds to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal employees for the purpose of employee relations administration. resolving problems, providing information and/or referring to appropriate personnel and/or identifying the relevant issues and recommending or implementing a remediation plan.

Dimensions:
 Supervising/ monitoring resources within defined boundaries (e.g. one or more countries) or
 Providing support and advice to managers on areas of work in the job holder’s remit
 Providing support for and directly implementing operational plans to agreed standards.
 Assisting with the development of solutions to diverse and complex problems and developing
 Applying information received in a variety of formats primarily from internal sources.
 Job holder has flexibility to anticipate and resolve challenges within their operational context.
 Impact of this role is significant within the operating unit (i.e. country/region/team) and could have

Duties / Accountabilities:
(a) Performance Management Administrationspecialist professional area, which may include people, assets and/or budgets.solutions to more routine problems.some impact affiliate-wide.context.
(b) Policy Compliance Administration
 Assist objective settings to all new joiners in collaboration with respective line managers.
 Track of probation period for all new joiners and send reminders to respective line manager to complete End of Probation Assessment.
 Collect objective setting and performance review record and upload on ERP system.
 Facilitate annual performance appraisal process.
 Review evaluations of performance on all employees against the IGT’s performance management policy and procedure.
 Evaluate the performance ratings by managers and effectively recommends appropriate salary increase, promotion, termination, disciplinary, and commendatory actions of all assigned personnel.
 Ensure IGT’s HR policies and procedures are complies in all offices.
 Assist HR Manager and Officers for technical HR issues and to ensure that recommendations are consistent with IGT HR policies and local labour law.
 Support, advice and promote awareness of HR policies and business processes in all IGT offices.
 Keep the IGT offices informed and updated on developments/changes in local labour regulations.
 Responsible for efficient implementation of IGT’s HR policies & procedures.
(c) Health & Safety Administration
 Seek advice from HR Manager for required action in receipt of health & safety related issues, incidents,
 Ensure Health and Safety policy are adhere and implemented in all offices.
 Managing staff health and welfare, and supporting and coordinating any staff health and welfare
(d) Complaints mechanism administration
 Investigates problems, such as: working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee and applicant
 According to circumstances, provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to
 Prepares and presents required and special reports.

Authority:
 The job holder is to deputise for the HR Manager with full authority in the scope of employee etc. and get back to the field offices, Aetna, Willis and local hospitals and doctors as required issues.appeals and grievances. departmental officials and individuals according to IGT’s disciplinary and grievance procedure.relation response and activities as necessary.

Job Requirements

Requirements / Competencies
 Any degree holder AND / OR specific qualification in human resources management. AND/ OR
 Strong and proven negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skill.
 Ability to gather facts and statistics and make financial calculations for planning and other uses.
 Accuracy and good attention to detail.
 Ability to work under pressure and with tough deadlines.
 Awareness on organisational culture and climate.
 Strong understanding of local labour law and practice.

Personal attributes:
 Team player, service oriented person with good communication skills.
 Strong interpersonal awareness including diplomacy, tact, being able to get on well with others and
 Possess excellent skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and
 Aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function and act upon it.
