Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

 Provide administrative assistance to HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) crafting job descriptions and maintaining databases with candidate information
 Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
 Manage and Handle HR Application, HEINEKEN Myanmar Facebook Page, Workplace, etc.
 Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
 Perform background and reference checks
 Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
 Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
 Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling training)
 Prepare and provide ID Cards, Business Cards, Stationery for all new joiners
 Execute and coordinate all recruitment efforts across the OpCo, tracking, monitoring, and reporting recruitment KPIs (including diversity)
 Develop and execute employer branding (internally and externally), securing HEINEKEN’s position as preferred local employer
 Any other tasks assigned by HRD

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in HR Management or relevant field
• Min 3 years’ relevant experience in HR (preferably FMCGs), with last role on recruitment and selection
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
• Ability to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload
• Experience with HR Software, Outlook, Word, and some Excel required
• Excellent desk/computer/workflow organizational skills
• Planning and organizing
• Teamwork, Never Give-up and Positive Attitude
• Passionate, Responsible and Committed Person
• Excellent in Time Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor law
• A good verbal and written communication skill to detailed information
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written required
