ROLE PURPOSE
To manage and acquire a portfolio of new to bank SME clientsin line with the bank’s acquisition strategy. Manage relationship, maintain and grow the said portfolio whilst insuring loan quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Introduce and onboard SME clients to the banks innovative SME products
- Assist in the acquisition of new anchor business clients
- Onboard the distributors, suppliers of the new anchor business clients
- Coordinate with branches to conduct site visits to clients’ business and collateral sites
- Obtain required documents for credit processing
- Comply with bank’s policy
- Coordinate with branches for onboarding new clients
- Manage all relation with the anchor business clients and its distributors
- Manage the existing portfolio of SME clients and ensure that required credit review are undertaken and the risk remains controlled.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and able to interact with different types of customer
• Able to work under pressure and capable to solve problems
• Maintain high level of professionalism

Education & Special Training

• Completion of tertiary qualification in business or related fields

Experience

• Experience in sales, customer relationship and business development
• Experience in banking (preferred)

Languages

• Must be able to communicate in English
