Job Description
1. Drive volume within the channel
2. Manage and monitor a team of SRs and developers.
3. Ensuring high services levels of customers.

- Monitor market and is responsible for building and maintaining an effective relationship with customers on assigned routes
- Is responsible for achieving set up targets: volume, product distribution, asset placement, merchandising and others as per business needs from an assigned set of accounts/routes
- Work with Account Developers and coach them to execute as per the defined PICOS for the channel and monitor execution as per RED norms
Complete daily administrative tasks which include pre-sale coverage, PO upload, load outs, and AR recovery
- Be the first point-of-contact for customers; PO, merchandising, equipment and promotion elements
- Monitor and provide immediate feedback on competitor activities
- Work with Logistics team on periodic route re-alignment to ensure optimum coverage and productivity
