Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Provide quotations to customers within one week maximum
• Organize the parts delivery to customers and collecting the payments and closing in KERRIDGE
• To provide Technical support related to parts sales/purchases required from Customers and Sales team
• Submission of reports of activities such as customer clinic, promotion programs, events, etc.
• Spare Parts counter Sale and Field orders from customers. Co-ordination with store keeper to get the implement stock & spare parts yearly stock counts
• To provide Technical support through JD Orient to After Sales Team
• Organize minimum one customer clinic per quarter with the team
• Providing recommended spare parts list for tractors & implements list for stock
• Direct parts/implements sales to customer(Parts quotation & WIP closing)
• Technical support to part and service team (Refer JD orient)
• Customer clinic at site & parts invoice settlement with Finance/Account
• Parts stock order preparation as per need basis
• KERRIDGE report (Open WIP report for cash sales)
• Attending Key Demonstration activities along with Sales team to ensure the parts queries replied to customers on the same day and promoting parts for Maintenance
• Direct interaction & Maintaining relationship with CSA and Key Customers
• Working closely with Workshop team to ensure Major Break down issues supported through AIR Freight orders

Job Requirements

• Technical background
• Last 3+ years in Parts management portfolio in order processing, field activities
• Agricultural or construction machines knowledge preferably
• English (Intermediate level: written and spoken but not mandatory)
