-ရင္းႏွီးေႏြးေထြးေသာ အျပဳအမူရွိျပီး ေက်ာင္းသား/သူ ကေလးငယ္မိဘမ်ားအတြက္ ေက်ာင္းခန္းအတြင္း/ အျပင္ အခက္အခဲႏွင့္ လိုအပ္ခ်က္အား ခံစားနားလည္တတ္ျပီး စီမံေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္။

- အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္သည့္ စိတ္ေနစိတ္ထားရွိျပီး ထိုးထြင္သိျမင္စြာျဖင့္ တီထြင္ဖန္တီး ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ျခင္း။
- စိတ္ရွည္သီးခံႏိုင္ျခင္း။
- ကေလးငယ္မ်ားအား ခ်စ္ခင္စိတ္ဝင္စားမႉ႕ရွိျခင္း။
- အေရာင္းႏွင့္ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈ ပိုင္ဆိုင္ရာ အေတြအၾကဳံရွိျခင္း။
- အဖြဲ႕အစည္းတြင္း အသင္းအဖြဲ႕ႏွင့္ ေနထိုင္ေျပာဆို ဆက္ဆံေဆာင္ရြက္တတ္ျခင္း။
